大阪市西区九条のラーメン店「麺処 HACK」の店舗デザイン・店舗設計を担当した。
本プロジェクトでは、
“一杯の中華そばを仕立てる料理人の手仕事”を空間全体で表現した。
厨房はただの作業場ではなく、
素材と向き合う料理人の手元が最も美しく見える舞台として設計。
カウンター席は、その風景を間近で味わえる“ギャラリー”である。
無垢の木、ステンレス、大理石。
それぞれが持つ異なる質感を重ねることで、
クラフト感と清潔感が共存する、緊張感ある空間に仕上げた。
ライティングは極力ミニマルに。
光と影のコントラストが、料理・動作・素材の陰影を引き立て、
訪れる人の記憶に残る“食体験”を演出した。

For this project, we sought to express the craftsmanship behind a single bowl of chuka soba throughout the entire space.

The kitchen is not merely a workspace, but a stage designed to place the chef’s hands and careful interaction with each ingredient at the center of attention. The counter seats become a kind of gallery, allowing guests to experience this process from close range.

Solid wood, stainless steel, and marble are layered together, each contributing its own distinct texture. Their contrast creates a space that balances a sense of craftsmanship with cleanliness and restraint.

The lighting is kept deliberately minimal. Contrasts of light and shadow accentuate the food, the chef’s movements, and the character of each material, shaping a dining experience that remains in the memory of those who visit.
