伝統を尊重しながらも、時代に寄り添う新たな表現を模索。
重厚感ある左官仕上げのカウンターや、素朴で温かみのある木製ベンチが、老舗ならではの格式と親しみやすさを両立させています。
風土と歴史、そして味を受け継ぎながら
これからも多くの人に愛される場でありますように。
While respecting the traditions of this long-established shop, we explored a new expression that feels relevant to the present day.
A substantial plaster-finished counter and simple, warm wooden benches create a balance between dignity and approachability, reflecting both the heritage and welcoming character of the brand.
Rooted in the local culture, history, and flavors that have been passed down over generations, the space was designed with the hope that it will continue to be cherished by many people for years to come.
